We often get asked what "Umani" means and for us Umani is when you put all your love into something you are doing. In 2017 we took our love for pizza and created Utah's best mobile kitchen. Our Pizza is cooked in our wood fired oven right on our truck! We wanted to design a truck that was beautiful and allow our customers to see into our process. Our large windows allow you to check out our amazing oven and watch the process from start to finish. We are committed to using only the freshest ingredients for our Pizza and our dough is always made the right way - from scratch.
In 2022 we were honored to win the "Food Truck Face Off" where we were the truck to raise the most money for 5 of Utah's best local charities. It brought together the two things we love - helping those in our local community and pizza.
